Perceptions of Financial Planner “ethics & honestly” remain consistent despite adverse press

Despite the recent negative coverage the Financial Planning Industry has had, I was interested to read in the Roy Morgan Image of Professionals Survey that 25% of Australians rate Financial Planners ‘very high’ or ‘high’ for their ethics and honesty, down only 2%. I would be interested hear how important trust and ethic are to your industry?

The Roy Morgan findings with regard to the images of professionals in Australia makes for interesting reading.
